Chicago, IL – January 31, 2011 - Audio Eye, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CMG Holdings, Inc. (CMGO.OB), today announced strategic partnerships to expand their reach in the pharmaceutical and health care markets. Joining Audio Eye in its “Audio Eye Health” initiative are three firms with global experience within the heath care field; Sunvalley Communications, an international medical communications agency, Signature Business Solution, LLC, an international communications services consultancy and Lamb Productions, an international technical and creative media production firm. Collectively, these partners will add extensive and complimentary industry experience and clientele.
The relationship strengthens Audio Eye’s unique Internet platform solutions by integrating a wide scope of communication services, including programming development, strategic counsel, content creation and meeting support management. Audio Eye Health partners will cooperatively market and implement programs, working to jointly win businesses and utilizing implementation teams to meet specific customer requirements.
