Standard rates (2009) are based Office Business Centers Association Industry Billing Standards, which are project rates combined with hourly fees for various types of services. Documents submitted for production are rated by level of difficulty, including the condition of the source material, formatting requirements, editing requirements, amount of client consultation needed, etc.
